You can purchase this card to any 7-ELEVEN convenience stores (a number of branches in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Jeju, etc.), Jeju Air (with 40 regular international routes), Airport Railroad (Travel Stores at Incheon International Airport Station and Seoul Station).
The sale price of this Korea Tour card is 4,000 won.
You can refund and charge this card in convenience stores; card charging machines, information booths, and T-Money service desks at subway stations (Seoul Metro Lines 1 to 8 and Incheon Metro).
The benefits are available until the end of 2018. Korea Tourism has this "2016-2018 Visit Korea Year" ― it is a three-year campaign to attract foreigners.
