I was able to do a one day solo trip in Pattaya through Trazy. It was a bright sunny day in Pattaya and I was waiting for my ride. They pick me up in my hotel at the exact time they told me. It was a joined tour so we have to pick up other guest as well. It took as an hour to arrive in Ban Phe pier in Rayong.

Ah Mao Risotto in Ximending

After our tiring day outside we want to have some decent meal for lunch. Our initial plan is to go to Modern Toilet for lunch but because of the rain and it's distance from Ximen station we decided to just select any food chains near Ximen station. This vibrant yellow and orange color stairs lured us with it's affordable menu and rice meals.

We stayed there for five days and four nights covering mostly the north and central attractions of Taiwan.

Where to Stay in Korea

It is up to you on where you want to stay in Korea. Others consider locations that is near the city attractions and action to avoid the everyday commute to the center of the city. Keep in mind that each neighborhood has its own feel; some neighborhoods are great to experience hanok homestays, others are filled with bars and singing rooms and are ideal to experience the nightlife, and there are neighborhoods that revolve around shopping be it outdoor markets or malls. Seoul neighborhood cater to a younger demographic with plenty of budget-friendly hostels and guesthouses to choose from, while others are better suited to a traveler who is after luxury. The good news is, whatever your budget or travel style is, Seoul has something to offer.

This is the moment I am living my dreams. This is my Seoul-ful adventure in the Land of the Morning Calm, Korea.

IF I GO TO KOREA

Are you a wish maker? Do you wish upon at the first sight of evening first star, on pulling on the long end of the turkey wishbone, in secret notes written on birch bark and tossed onto campfire, and of course, over birthday candles?
If you have three wishes what would it be?
Me. KOREA. KOREA. KOREA.

La Vie Parisienne

Before heading back to Manila I did really insist to my friends to visit this place. La Vie Parisienne means "Parisian Life". It is located in Lahug, Cebu City beside La Maison Rose. The place maybe plain on the outside but once you get inside the place you'll be transported to Japan on the daytime and looks like the set of AVATAR on the night time.

CEBU: CITY TOUR

There are a lot of things you'll learn in a city when you travel. One of the many ways is to visit its museums, shrines and places where history takes place.

TAOIST TEMPLE

PIG OUT @ ZUBUCHON

Another way to explore a city is through their food. Cebu is famous for their lechon. So we did not miss the chance of tasting it. There are a lot of known restaurants and food chains who are famous for their lechon Cebu. There is CNT, Rico's Lechon and Zubuchon. We did really pig out. They have the best lechon I've ever tasted. The tenderness of the meat and the crispiness of the skin. Truly mouthwatering as well as their desserts.

Sumilon Bluewater Island Resort

Summer ain't over till it's over. The perfect way of pampering and de-stressing is to go to the pharmaSEA. I've waited long enough for this trip and the wait is worth it. The view is amazing. It is true that all you need is the sea, air and sun. There are a lot of things that you can do in Sumilon Island. There is kayaking, fish feeding, snorkeling, massage and many more.

Tumalog Falls

Tumalog Falls before the drought: Photo Credits as watermark
Because we experience drought the water in Tumalog Falls really decreases. It did not rain for 3 months in the area. It is also a reminder for us to take good care of mother nature.

It is such a shame that we did not see it's beauty. But we can always go back.

Oslob, Cebu: Whale Shark Watching

Our journey in Cebu starts by swimming with the the gentle baby whale sharks. Though they are just babies they are really big. Bigger than our small boat (bangka).

Casa Verde Cebu: A Giant's Feast

Our first night in Cebu is definitely about food. Me and some friends already researched the best places to eat and our first stop is Casa Verde.

If you have big appetite their must try and famous burger and milkshake will overfill your cravings.
